About Align Motion
Reimagining geriatric rehabilitation and on-site senior care
A Word From Our Founder
“A body in motion stays in motion.”
That motto is not decoration. It is the clinical premise of the practice. Function declines fastest when movement stops, and in senior living the things that stop movement are rarely medical alone: a fall that shakes confidence, a therapy schedule that requires a two-hour round trip, or an exercise program that isn’t challenging enough to change anything.
Align Motion was founded to remove those obstacles. We bring licensed physical, occupational, and speech therapists into the building, with real gym equipment, and we protect the one-on-one session as non-negotiable. No productivity quotas that turn a treatment hour into three overlapping appointments. No driving across the county between patients. Just therapists with the time and tools to do the work properly.
The result is a practice that senior living communities can build around — one that supports residents, works alongside staff, and keeps families genuinely informed.

Core Values
What we hold ourselves to
Goal-oriented & challenging care
Therapy should be hard enough to produce change. We use specialized gym equipment and customized home plans because meaningful progress requires real load, not token movement.
Partnership over vendor relationships
We participate in care plan meetings, train your staff, and share what we observe. Communities should feel like we're part of the team, not a service that visits.
Clinical honesty
We tell residents and families plainly when therapy is working, when a goal needs to change, and when continued skilled therapy is no longer the right tool.
Respect for privacy
Health information is handled with the care it deserves — encrypted, access-controlled, and never shared beyond the people involved in a resident's care.
